When a catalogue profile will not fit, we design and cut a die to your thermal and mechanical requirement. Send a drawing or a sample and we will propose a fin geometry, confirm the section can be extruded, then supply finished parts including machining, anodizing and assembly. Die lead time is typically 15 to 25 days, and the die belongs to the customer after the first order.
