The SA-AU60 is a multi-chamber bumper beam extrusion in 6082-T6, designed to absorb impact energy through controlled collapse of the chambers. Wall thickness and chamber geometry are set to meet the crash requirement of the vehicle programme. Supplied cut, bent and with mounting brackets welded on request. Dimensional and mechanical test reports accompany each batch.
