Send your 2D drawing or 3D model. Our engineers check wall thickness, tolerances, and alloy selection, then advise on design for manufacturability — small changes here can save significant tooling cost.
Step 2: Die Development
The die is CNC-machined and tested. A well-designed die produces thousands of metres of profile with consistent dimensions and surface quality.
Step 3: Sample Approval
We produce pre-production samples for your approval before committing to mass production. This is your guarantee that the final product matches your specification.
Step 4: Mass Production
With samples approved, production scales across our extrusion, painting, and anodizing lines. Typical lead time for a standard order is 15–25 days depending on finish and quantity.
