Step 2: Die Development
The die is CNC-machined and tested. A well-designed die produces thousands of metres of profile with consistent dimensions and surface quality.
Step 3: Sample Approval
We produce pre-production samples for your approval before committing to mass production. This is your guarantee that the final product matches your specification.
Step 4: Mass Production
With samples approved, production scales across our extrusion, painting, and anodizing lines. Typical lead time for a standard order is 15–25 days depending on finish and quantity.

What is the typical custom extrusion process from drawing to delivery?
It starts with design review and DFM feedback, then die design and manufacturing (7-15 days), sample extrusion and dimensional report, customer approval, and finally mass production with in-process QC, finishing (machining, anodizing) and shipment.
What information do you need for a quotation?
A 2D drawing or 3D file with alloy, temper and tolerance class, the required length and quantity, surface finish, and packing destination. If you only have a sketch or sample, we can help measure and finalize the section.
How small or large can an order be?
Custom die projects usually start with a sample run (for example 300-500 kg) to validate the die, then move to production volumes. For standard sections we can supply smaller quantities, but freight economics favour consolidated orders.
