Anodizing
An electrochemical process that grows a protective oxide layer into the aluminium surface. It delivers excellent corrosion resistance, a hard scratch-resistant finish, and a premium metallic look. Ideal for architectural and heat-sink applications where durability and thermal performance both matter.
Powder Coating
An electrostatic spray applied and baked onto the profile, offering unlimited colour options and a tough decorative finish. Best for visible architectural profiles where colour matching and aesthetics take priority.
Electrophoresis (ED)
A water-borne coating that provides an even, film-like protection with a semi-gloss sheen. Commonly used for door and window profiles in coastal areas due to its high salt-spray resistance.
Choosing the Right Finish
Consider three factors: environment (coastal vs inland), function (thermal vs decorative), and lifespan expectations. Our engineering team helps you match the finish to the application — and we run all four surface lines in-house for consistent quality.
